Anime Review: Boku Dake Ga Inai [ Erased ]

Hi! I’m back with my anime reviews because truth to be told I’m so anxious waiting for my board exam results. It really keeps my cool off so I’m back watching anime!

Please bear with me with my reviews for am not really particular in writing lengthy words in foreign tongue. I’m really hype to write these things because I kept on forgetting summaries of anime’s that I’ve watched. Fun fact: certified otaku here since 2009.  Gears are turning, let’s go to our first anime review!

If you’ve watched or have an idea of the movie, “Butterfly Effect” then you have the basics. A 29 year old male, Satoru have this kind of ability named, “revive” that can turn back time to avoid accidents or even life threatening events. He usually revive or go back between one to five minutes, where everything is as same as before. It’s always right before something bad happens. And in one particular accident, he ends back 18 years ago before the abduction of one of his classmates. A case that was never resolved even in his present time. Will he be able to finish the case or just end up like one of his classmates? better watch it! ❤

I’ve a got a clue or somewhat entry of Satoru in his elementary days.

My Hero by Satoru Fujinuma

I don’t have the courage to take that first step. That’s why I don’t have any good buddies. It’s fun playing with casual friends, “good buddies” and “casual friends” are different.

I saw the final episode of my favorite anime, “Fight, Wonder Guy!” yesterday. In the first part, Wonder Guy was fighting alone. He’d go down again and again but had the courage to keep fighting and never give up.

“If you don’t take that first step, a path won’t open for you”.

That’s what he said and kept on fighting. Then other people felt his courage, and little by little, became buddies with him. That’s why in the end, even when it looked like he was going to lose to the bad guy, he never stopped believing that his pals would come to the rescue.

But I don’t have Wonder Guy’s courage or good friends like that, so I felt really envious. It made me wish to have true friends, friends who trust each other, when I get bigger.

“I never stopped believing”.

Let me know in the comment below what are your insights of this anime! Definitely worth of 93% ratings in!
